hi sir i have lot of hair fall after pregnancy.what can i do to stop hair fall. plz suggest. thanku

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. hi please do the following things: take healthy and well blanaced diet it is best to take fresh fruit like strawberry,amla , etc . keep your body well hydrated. avoid drinking RO water. take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day. apply coconut oil daily on your hair. wash your hair with mixture of Amala aritha and shikakaki powder. or prepare paste of methidana (soaked in water overnight)with curd , apply it on your hair and leave it to dry then rinse with Lukewarm water. stay stress free.
