hi sir how to know my breast milk is enough for my baby. my baby age is 4 and half month.

A. hello you can know it based on the growth of your child and if baby is gaining a minimum of six hundred grams to 800 grams per month then it is a good weight gain meaning bay is getting sufficient breast milk if not you can even express your milk using Babyhug breastpump and check if bm is sufficient
