Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. no need they will shed. As mentioned by you this looks fine for the age and normal for the baby so there is no need to worry for the same and just wait and watch but if the problem remains then you can consult specialist for the same .
