Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep your baby hydrated all through the day. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Avoid outside foods. Include all food groups in your child’s diet. Good luck and take care.
