hi plz explore your weight loss tips after cesarean am trying but nothing workout and i cant hold hunger as am breastfeeding..plz give me sone ideas how to be active and reduce pregnancy weight..

A. hi please do the following things: start to do exercises or yoga regularly after 6 months of delivery. till that Walk walk and walk don't use vehicle for short distance. eat couple of bites less than usual. take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more increase your fluid intake. drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
