hi please tell periods aane se 8 to ten days pehle se hi ajeeb sa hona shuru hojata hai body ka garam thanda hona ,sar bgari lgna,chakkar sa lgna,dimag me kuch na kuch chalta rehta hai neend bi nhe aati ...pehle aesa nhe jota tha ab 3 months se ho rha hai hath pair fulna ,body me energy na hona..please tell me y
