hi please suggest some remedy to increase my breast milk as I feel my supply is very low so that my baby can gain weight now he is only 3.2kg & he is having a very slow growth.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. it is very important to take only homemade food which will provide proper nutrition to the child while breastfeeding.
to increase breastfeeding milk kindly take homemade food made from cereals pulses vegetable and milk because they contain the ingredients to increase the breast milk.
you can go for shatavari supplement which will also help in increasing the breast milk formation (eg lactonic granules, galact granules etc ).
continue the multivitamins and calciumd and iron supplements given by your doctor.
whether allopathic medicines are required or not for increasing breastfeeding will be discussed by your doctor.d
