hi, On 28th my baby was given 10 weeks vaccination, where I could big red patches on the place where the vaccination was given . please see the attached picture . please advice is it normal or should I take my baby to the hospital

A. yes iy is DTP vaccine

A. if there is redness and pain in the injection site and if it is rather than DPT vaccine there may be some infection their it needs proper examination by the doctor
