Hi my twin boys are 9 months and 1 week old. They are consuming milk 5 times per day, at a time they are having 100ml each. Is it correct? or should I increase the ml.How much should they take? Their weights are 8.6kg and 7.6kg(Birth Weights 2.4kg and 2.1kg).

A. Hi mommy Weight is absolutely normal At six months weight should be double to birth weight Give two liquid diet followed by milk Give seasonal fruits vegetables kiwi apple banana mango watermelon mashed potatoes mashed sweet potatoes etc
