Hi my son was having viral frim last week now he dont have fever bt he is having cough nd cold allot he is not eating anything from last 2 3 days he eat nd vomit wht can i do

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 4 m old boy10 months agoA. Hai good evening !! After viral fever,appetite reduces due to medicines but dont worry . You can improve appetite by giving soups ,boiled vegetables or salads,kichdi,rasam rice ,porridges ,poha,dalia,roti Avoid heavy ,oily foods ,packed foods for few days.
