Babies has their own pace of adapting eating habits. Following is the list of cases he is refusing to eat:
1. All time munching 
If the baby is been provided with small bites of snacks or fruit slice etc at anytime of the day or before meal time then they may refuse to eat a proper meal.
2. If they are on bottled feed along with breastfeed and solids. 
3. Timmy upset 
4. Lack of sleep
5. Distraction

We moms need to try and try to get them eat food.  
You can do it . Put him on to watch something and sit at one place then while distracting him you can feed him meal.

I generally avoid any kind of disturbance during her meal time. I sit with her and play nursery rhymes on Mac . She keeps watching and eat at the same time. When she is full she plays really well then gets tired and asks me to put her to sleep.

Thank you mam for the useful tips , but I have tried all this , I have given in puree form also he don't like rice in any way , I have dry roasted rice ,powder and given with cooked veggies, he wont eat , me and mom r feed up of making experiment on him to make him eat rice .

He eats only ragi porridge twice a day , morning and night,  afternoon I give fruits or different flavour milkshakes.

He's not Intrested in eating , forcefully I make him eat all day , he don't even feel hungry, I have not seen him crying for food or milk till now mam.

Hello mom try to change the form of rice if possible and try it out , he is one year now , so would suggest to give him regular foods that you make at home for the family , make it as curd rice or lemon rice or add some vegetables or you can also add some vegetable purée as well
