It is advisable to get your child personally examined by the paediatrician and seek medical guidance immediately in this matter. Can be a case of stomach infection that is causing smelly stools. Keep Babyhug medicine spoon handy. Complete the course of treatment as advice by the doctor and there will be a gradual improvement.
