Q.

hi my son is one year old he fell down from the cycle no external injuries but there was a small bump on his forehead what to do in this case should I do any investigation

A. babies babies getting injuries for different reasons but if your baby is otherwise alright do not have any vomitings sar any if your there is no need to worry about this

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much if baby is ctive and having food properly and also please apply iec pack on baby effective area. and if baby do vomit within twenty four hours then immediately consult with doctor in person. take care
