My son is going to the pre school. If he went to the school, by evening he’s having a fever and it reaches 102. I’m giving him a fever syrup( Tylenol) . This routine is continuing for past 3months.
Why he’s getting a fever when he went to the school?
This daily routine fever makes us worry.

You have to give paracetamol according to the weight and according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having.
It can be repeated maximum 4 times per day.
Armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as fever
Weather higher medicines like ibugesic for meftal p is required or not will be told by the doctor.
Keep the child in cool environment and avdoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever
Important to avoid them if possible.
Do body sponge to decrease the body temperature and give plenty of fluidds and water to drink to prevent dehydration.
