hi my son is 6yrs old he is not having food properly from yesterday if he eat also getting vomit ??? why is that so

Maybe your child is having an issue of indigestion which is why your child is not willing to eat much and a feet in vomiting is happening second could be due to heat into the body the child is not willing to eat so give water with fennel seeds to the child and consult your doctor once
