Q.

hi my son is 3 years old. from afternoon he have a 100 fever. I gave Paracetamol syrup. can u suggest any other syrup to control fever

A. kindly give paracetamol for fever and it is given according to the weight as well as according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having. whether higher medicines (ibugesic / meftal-p)are required or not will be told by the doctor. keep the child in cool environdment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as fever do body sponge and give plenty of water to drink and easily ddigestible food.
