Hi My son is 3.3 years old he hardly eats anything, not even one proper meal a day but he is very very active. pls suggest

A. Being Active is really very very good but if your child is not going to eat your child will lack in growth overall growth of the body is not going to happen if there would be a couple of deficiencies without eating certainly start with certain supplements after consulting your doctor ones please
