Q.

Hi, My son is 3.3 year old. he speaks words and repeats whatever anyone says and keeps on repeating that but does not reply to our questions and doesn't make sentences on its own and do not ask any question. please help I can him for functional speech and how to reduce ecolalia.

A. First you to understand is I actually understand understanding your question or not repeating to a certain age is good sometimes at this age also kids can repeat but they can also understand to respond to what you are asking if that’s not happening I think you need to go for further assessment with your doctor on that
