Hi my son is 2 yrs 3 mnths. he is super active n has good meals but I dnt see him again weight. there is not much weight gain happening. what should I do

Hello ma’am Some kids do gain weight slowly and less but that is definitely not a healthy sign as it somewhere sure that the digestive system is not working up to the mark as it should have been so it would be best for you to consult your paediatrician ones for a medication relating to the same
