hi. my son is 1year 9mnth old and he speaks 15 to 20 words, pretend plays sometimes but doesn't respond when called by his name. He responds when we tell him about his favorite thing but only by name he will not look at us. Also when talking to him he will make very less eye contact and is very much active. sometimes it seems he is looking for something and very curious. but honestly we make him watch TV and mobile quiet often and he doesn't play with other kids also. kindly suggest what should be done.
