Hi My son is 16 months old now. He is playing well but doesn't eat. whatever is being given. Tried all means- making him eat alone, with family, while playing, making him sit on the chair etc. The only thing that he likes is banana and greek yogurt. is it sufficient? please suggest.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. If your child is alert, active. Growth is well within normal parameters, than not much to worry about it.
Toddlers at this age are fussy or picky eaters.
They will go through phases, sometimes they eat good n sometime reduces. try offering him variety of new foods
