Hi, My son is 13months old, and he is getting is first teeh now and that too it's upper lateral incisor teeth. Is this normal.? And when he will get his Central incisors.?

A. Hi yes there can be differential eruption process of teeth.. central incisors may erupt later.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip to facilitate the eruption process of milk teeth
