Hi My son 6 months 20 days old now His stool is very tightly going Can anyone suggest me what to do ?

Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 7 m old girl1 month agoA. When you start giving food to the child that is the time where you have to start giving lots of fluids and water to the child which actually helps a lot and better digestion of the food that you were giving in the motion also gets easier that way
