Hi ...my son 5 year old and is having fever from 2 days. Am presently using febrex+.But I dnt see much effect.temperature is not reducing. Am i using right syrup. Pls suggest

A. fepanil 250 you can give ok cFever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
