Q.

first my son had cold and wet cough but no fever so gave febrex plus and later on after one day we had high fever 102 degree so along with febrex plus gave calpol 120 for 2days and fever went normal and then other two 2 days continue giving febrex plus and from yesterday evening he started running rose and fever about 100 degree why his cold and cough is not going

A. why my son's cold and wet cough is not going after giving medicine and fever is occurring alternatively

A. fabrex plus will be having paracetamol should not give in addition paracetamol like calpol. there are various reasons for the baby to have fever starting from infections like viral bacterial inflammations we had to treat with only paracetamol which is safe if the fever is more than 100 degre
