Hi, my son 4 yes complete, but still not speaking properly, having difficulty in pronouncing few letters, as a parent we can understand what he is saying, but others can't. he is studying in nursery. Doc asking to operate (a small cut under the tounge). please suggest.

A. most of the babies by 4 years of age will be having proper speech if your baby is having type and if it is abstract And The Baby even get it operated it is simple surgery
