hi my son 3 years now, his weight is 10kg, white spots on his face.. what to do?

It Probably could be due to dryness of the skin of the time which is why the white patches are there along with that also I would just like to tell me the time is having a read me for one year old child so that approximately 4 KG less as of now in terms of the corrected so consult a nutritionist one
