AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 4 m old boy2 weeks agoA. Hello mama hairfall is due to iron deficiency. consult ur doctor for the iron supplements . Apple ,palak, anaar, beetroot, brinjal ,raisins etc are rich in iron. include these in the diet of ur child
