hi my kid is 4 yr 5 m old but his weight is 15.5 kg is it normal range because he looks very thin otherwise he is very active and plays lots of sports activities, but his looks is very thin

A. A balanced diet for a young child means having a variety of foods at least 5 portions of a variety of fruit and vegetables every daymeals based on starchy carbohydrates such as potatoes, bread, rice and pastasome dairy or dairy alternatives (such as soya drinks and yoghurts); choose lower-fat and lower-sugar optionssome beans and pulses, fish, eggs, meat, or other types of protein; aim for 2 portions of fish every week, with 1 being an oily fish, such as salmon or mackerel.unsaturated oils and spreads, eaten in small amountsplenty of fluids – the government recommends 6 to 8 glasses a day
