my daughter is 5 yrs old and her weight is 18, and also she has dark circles. she looks very dull otherwise she is active.

A. The weight gain of your child is very much appropriate as per the current age of your child so I would just recommend you that for your dark circles and not avoid giving any kind of screen time and start with a good multivitamin and iron supplement for your child
