Hi, My kid completed 5yr. He is not taking food properly. Also his stomach is flat. Please suggest how to increase weight and also how to increase his stomach capacity.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom every individual have their own capacity and hence some may eat more some may eat small portions at regular intervals .
So sometimes present the usual foods in different ways and forms also helps a lot and not forcing them to eat , once hungry they will eat well enough
