Hi My daughter spend 2-3 hrs in Mobile phone regarding study or games. Do we need to put blue filter eyes glass to protect her eyes

A. there are different types available as well as different brands available so it is better to meet eyes specialist who will tell you which would be the perfect one for small children

A. yes it is advisable because that will help in decreasing the strain on the eyes of the child and do not indulge the child in more than half an hour to maximum one hour of mobile viewing
