please include natural probiotics in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi etc
please avoid maida items and packaged food
please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mash sira laddu pancakes sabudana porridge etc
please don't force feed your child
please maintain proper schedule
