Q.

Hi, my daughter is 8 months old, and she has hemoglobin 8.6% , what to do to increase the hemoglobin %.Please suggest.

A. give iron drop and all. Food full of green leafy vegetable and fruit contains most of vitamin and protein sources like paneer soyabean or egg . It is required for proper weight and height gain and also for boosting immunity and good skin and hairs . Protein powder like pediasure can be given to baby after 2 yr of age .

A. Hello dear parent, you must give her formula milk and pomegranates, beetroot boiled and mashed. And give only as much as baby can eat. No need to force feed.
