Hi, my daughter is 4 years old 17 kgs. she has fever, I gave her Crocin at 4am and now she has fever again. can u plz suggest the dose of meftal p for her?

A. this medicine is given after paracetamol. when you give paracetamol and if the fever is not decreasing after 2 hours then only you have to give this medicine and the dosage would be 7 ml

A. Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours fyagain if requiredf in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations. cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .
