have patience dear The only key to deal with this kind of kids is lots of patience.. talk to him very politely try to give

valid reason to your baby do not give him command try to involve him more and more physical

activity so that he can get tired and do not do Mischief also do not give every time whatever

he wants otherwise it will become his habit rather than giving punishment to give him rewards

whenever he do something appreciating try to divert his attention whenever he is being stubborn

I think as I am working woman I am not able to give her more attention. 
as she is only child she do not mix up with other children or people easily, she took time.
I tried a lot.she is shy ro other, but very naughty at home. and always want my attention. 
I always feel guilty. I already tried few things that you mentioned. let's see
