ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist4 years agoA. anything in moderation is fine so you can eat non veg if you feel like eating it do not hesitate along with that take other healthy diet . . .

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and yes in. y opinion and personal experience yes you can take some non veg food in your diet and also please avoid oily and spicy chicken as it may cause of coloc problem in baby.
