many times white spots can occur in children but does not require any treatment except moisturizing lotion application or simple coconut oil application. 
they will persist for few weeks and then will go away
if the problem continues beyonsd two weeks and is increasing in size and intensity then you have to meet the doctor for evaluation.

some timdes it can be due to nutritional deficiency, skin sensitivity, allergy, fungal infection (sometimes self limiting) also for which your doctor will prescribe specific cream.

Some white spots are totally normal and it will get cured by its tune but if it is spreading all over baby’s skin then only you have to consult with your doctor advises is nothing to worry about it will take some time but will get God by its own and continues in babies regular baby products.
