So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in daily diet.
daily do some exercise to keep yourself healthy inside out.
Follow good hair care like -Oiling hair with a mixture of oils like olive, alla oil, onion seed oil, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps provides moisture to hair and prevent them from drying and breakage.

sir ,it happens because of nutritional deficiencies or excess usage of cosmetic.
so first ,stop overuse of cosmetics.
apply coconut oil daily on your child hair.
offer food like fresh fruits i.e pomegranate, strawberry,amla etc more.
keep your child well hydrated.
wash your child's hair with mild shampoo like Babyhug brand shampoo.
