hi my child is having fever from last 2 days yesterday she got seizures with 101 degrees fever so they adviced to admit in the hospital for observation . From mid night 2 am her fever got supressed still the doctor is asking us to take antibiotics through IV .Is it nessecary to take antibiotics?

it is important to follow the instructions opinion advice and medicines course given by your doctor for the problem .
they are safe if given by registered medical practitioner. do not take medicines not prescribed by the doctor .
take a follow up in few days if it is not improving for need of treatment modification or any lab / radiological investigations.
