hi, my child is 4 y 11 m he is complaining about stomach pain . many time but he is playing , eating and no fever no diarrhea , no vomiting . so I can't understand. what to do ? plz give me suggestions

A. A lot of time it can be associated with digestion related issues and that is why sometimes stomach pain can happen though the child is active and everything you should still check with your doctor to know what’s the problem and accordingly they can advise you on that
