My 18 month old daughter having fever and always crying, not eating (no stomach pain) please advice.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. at present give paracetamol to the baby Some babies may not be taking solid foods because of different reasons you can give fruit juices coconut water butter milk to the baby there will be natural appetizers for the baby as well meet the calories also
