hi my child is 3 year 6 months old i gave 8 ml of paracetamol instead of 5 ml accedentally., fever dropped down now his body is very cold.., it is 95'c., is it because overdose of paracetamol. please suggest

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 3.7 years old and he is having a fever and you gave paracetamol 8 ml instead of 5 ml then don’t worry,nothing will happen to him

The We were actually reduce down so quickly and the temperature has dropped that fast because of actually over dosage of the medicine only but as of now don’t give any medicine to the child or at least for 6 to 12 hours if required then you give after 6 to 8 hours otherwise avoid
