Q.
hi my child is 3.5 yr old....he is not walking properly after 4thday of dpt mmr vaccine dose...should i consult a dr or it will take time and heal by itself?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. a baby will start Sitting with support by 6 months of age and by 7 to 8 months baby will sit without support than by 9 months usually baby crawls and in 10 months baby will stand with support.
After 12 to 15 months baby will start Walking independently and sojumetimes it may take even longer but in no case any Walker should be avoided as it can cause recurrent fall injury and delay in the walking because the child lacks confidence of walking independently.

you should consult your pediatrician for once.
at home ,try cool pack on injected site which may help to reduce the pain.
