Q.

Hi.. my breasts are engorged and my baby does not latch.. he is 2months old.. I hand express and feed baby in bottle.. I am already doing hot compression and massage before expressing.. any help? Suggestions?

A. Hello, before nursing ...compresses, take warm shower or bath, Apply warm compresses to the swollen area 3-4 times a day for 10-15 minutes. and do breast massage or compression during feedings. Breastfeed your baby often that is every 1.5 to 2 hours during the day .
