hi my boy is 2yrs 1 month old. he is suffering from constipation since 2days. he is passing very hard stool. he is crying a lot to pass stool. kindly suggest what to do thanks in advance

A. hi your baby is 2 years old now to help stool passage give plenty of fluids including milk and include seasonal fruits and vegetables in diet avoid maida products like biscuits and give evaq syrup 5 ml twice a day for 5 days
