Q.

Hi, my baby sleeps late at night every day. She had her dinner completed by 10:15 pm (although we start around 9:15 pm). But after dinner she sleeps around 12 am minimum. How to make her sleep sooner. Pleas advice.

A. Dr Kumar - She is 1 year 3 months old with weight around 11 kg and height approx 33 inches. Is this good growth?

A. if the growth of the child is proper do not worry much about the sleeping pattern and you can make slowly changes in the diet and physical activity and playing time to make an adjustment to the sleeping hours of the child

A. Do Not make your child sleep in the daytime avoid making your child sleep all the time in the day because that is when they complete their sleep during the day time and also that is what make the other night sleep delayed so it would be better that you start feeding your child dinner early by 8 o’clock and then make your child sleep by 10 o’clock maximum
