Q.

#asktheexpert I feed my baby after ever 2 hours. at night he has his dinner around 9 pm and sleeps at 10 pm. but still the doesnt sleep whole night and feels hungry.. I feed him 3 times 120 ml formula milk an 2-3 time breast feed. he doesnt sleeps peacefully. it's been since his birth

A. hi your baby is 15 months old now you need to give a high caorie dinner like dal khichdi with ghee or suji ka hlawa with dry fruits and huge a glass of milk before sleep many time if sleep breaks baby can't go to sleep on its own so place his favourite toy besides him
