Hi my baby she has only 7 month old to m usko salt or sugar kab se introduce kr sakte hai plz let me know

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom aap usko abhi de sakte hai , par not more than a pinch or two, you can use jaggery instead of refined white sugar , and other is salt seendha salt is prefferable

NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello you should avoid added sugar and salt and give child heathy n nutritious well balanced food in the diet and additional sugar and salt is not needed since the breast milk or the infant formula milk will itself contain the required salt content
