#asktheexpert should I introduce salt and sugar to my 7 month baby?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. after 1 year can introduce, not now, sugar may cause caries andtooth decay in children.
Excess of sugar may depress immunity and Salt will be a burden on the tiny kidneys of ur baby.

Yes you can go ahead with adding salt into your child’s daily diet but sugar is not allowed to be given before the age of one year so I suggest you that you go ahead with giving jaggery powder or date set up whatever your choices out of the door you can use it instead of sugarWrite Your Answer Here
